What made you realize that this may not be the best way to approach your health and your life? Was there a defining moment in time that led to this?
“So, there was this picture that was taken by my sister-in-law. She’s pretty good with taking pictures. She would take the angle where it will actually make you look thin and you know proper. But that day, she took at least seven to eight pictures of mine and none of them I was happy with.”
