Blend 1 cup milk, 1.5 tbsp protein powder or almond butter, 1/2 cup grated carrot, 3/4 cup fresh mango and 5 ice cubes.
Apple Pie Smoothie
Blend 1 apple, peeled and cored, ¼ cup raw oats, ½ cup thick curd, 1 tbspalmond butter, ½ cup milk, ½tsp cinnamon powder and ½ tsp vanilla extract.
Vegan Banana and Honey Smoothie
Blend 2 ripe bananas, frozen, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp raw honey, 1 large date (for added sweetness) and a dash of cinnamon.
Chocolate Coffee Smoothie
Blend ¾ cup cold strong coffee, 100g silk tofu, ¼ cup thick curd, 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder, 1 tsp almond butter, ½ ripe banana and 2 tbsp whey protein powder (optional, since you have protein in the almond butter).
Blend ¼ cup fresh spinach, washed and chopped, ¼ cup milk, ¾ cup thick curd, 1 large banana, chopped, ½ cup peaches, chopped, 1 scoop protein powder and ice.
