#1 Pranay Shah
Pranay is a Sales Manager at an MNC. His job includes frequent travel due to which his lifestyle had turned haywire. He would often indulge in unhealthy food on his various business trips. He found it difficult to prioritize his health, which led to weight gain.
After spending some time introspecting, he realised he had his entire life ahead of him and that there are things he wanted to achieve. The first thing on that list was to get fit and healthy.

#2 Vertika Singh
Vertika Singh was slim and super active during her school days. She started to gain weight after finishing school and also developed a hormonal imbalance.
She was later also diagnosed with Hypothyroidism, which had led to her feeling lethargic and lazy. Her running speed reduced to half, and she felt like doing nothing most of the time.
“I saw myself as a person who weighed very heavy and whose tummy kept peeping out of the body surface. It was during the lockdown that I decided to set weight loss as a goal,” says Vertika.

Nitesh Gandhi had started to gain weight during his school days when he was about 14 to 15 years old. An incident during his younger days helped him decide to transform his unhealthy lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle.
“One day while searching online on google and play store I found the HealthifyMe app and started using it,” says Nitesh.
Initially Nitesh weighed 105 kg, with HealthifyMe he lost 37 kgs in 1.5 years and weighed 68 kgs. But he also wanted to gain back the lost muscle and decided to increase his weight by increasing his muscle mass. “I started weight training and changed my calorie intake. I currently weigh 76 kg, I want to reach my new goal by weighing 78 kg,” says a happy Nitesh.

#4 Anshu Gupta
Anshu Gupta is a Chartered accountant. She had to stop all her physical activities due to a twisted ankle. In a matter of 4 months, with no physical activity, Anshu gained 4 kgs. And it did not stop at that. The extra weight caused health issues such as back, hip, and knee pain. Anusha perceived this as an alarm for her to wake up and prioritize her health.
