    I have read about consuming raisins this way, would appreciate having your advice if I could make it a habit, thank you. Every day in the morning I consume 150 gm of raisin continuously for four days per month, the process is to soak the raisins in 500 ml of boiling water and keep it reboil again for another 20 minutes. My question is will I have too much sugar intake? Thank you.
