Golden Glow Smoothie Recipe

A refreshing drink is sometimes enough to satiate our hunger. The ingredients are almost, always in our kitchen, so we can quickly make this tropical smoothie whenever the mood strikes. 
This recipe of golden glow smoothie is a combination of healthy fats, gut-supporting fibre, and pure, plant-based proteins makes it both savoury and nourishing.

  • 1 Cup Carrot, grated
  • 1 Cup Orange Juice, fresh
  • ½ Cup Papaya
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric, powder or grated
  • ½ Tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 Cup Ice Cubes


  • Step 1: Place 1 Carrot, grated, 1 cup Orange Juice, fresh, ½ cup Papaya, ½ tsp Turmeric, powder or grated, ½ tsp Ginger, in a mixer.
  • Step 2: Blend well and, if necessary, add ice cubes.
  • Step 3: Serve.
