"Sweetpotatos are high in nutrients and is an excellent source of beta carotene, an antioxidant that is very effective at raising vitamin A levels in the blood, especially in children.
This Baked Sweet Potato Fries recipe is delicious and are a better option than french fries. They're simple to make and have a sweet and salty flavour. Furthermore, they are more nutrient-dense and enjoyed by people of all ages."
