Summer is a fantastic time for delicious desserts and creamsicles are one of the most popular childhood treats. Creamsicles? You read it correctly. It is no more a time consuming process of making a smoothie and waiting patiently for it to freeze. With fresh oranges this recipe for orange creamsicle will be loved by all and bring back nostalgic memories. But, if you are opting for a brainfreeze, this recipes is definately a must try.

  • 1 cup Orange Juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk


  • In a blender, combine pulp of oranges, orange juice, and honey and process for 20 seconds.
  • Next, add coconut milk to the concoction and process for 60 seconds. It's done when the mixture is thick but not stiff. Process for another 60 seconds if it's still pretty runny.
  • Spoon this smooth mixture into molds and place in the freezer for 4-6 hours or overnight.
  • Remove from the freezer and let aside for 2-5 minutes before removing from the mold.
