Immunity-Boosting Recipe – Oats Smoothie

It's early in the morning, and you realise you're a few minutes behind schedule. You're running late, and you've got a lot on your mind other than having a nutritious breakfast. Have you ever considered making a unique and healthy oats recipe? Yes, this nutritious Oats Smoothie recipe, which can be made in a matter of minutes with only a few ingredients, not only provides nutrients to the body but also boosts your immune system.
Adding whole grains, such as oats, to your slurpable breakfast beverage provides a slew of health benefits without adding any extra work. Oats have been linked to a higher quality of life and they aid digestion, fullness, and hunger.

  • 2 tbsp Oats
  • 5 Almonds
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds/ any other seeds
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt/ curd
  • 1/2 cup Low fat milk
  • 4 Dates (soaked and pitted)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder


  • Combine 2 tablespoons oats, 5 almonds, 1 tablespoon chia seeds or any other seeds, 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt or curd, 1/2 cup low fat milk, 4 dates (soaked and pitted), and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder in a blender.
  • Mix thoroughly.
