  • 1 ripe Banana, Frozen
  • 1 cup Skimmed Milk
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Almond
  • 2 tbsp Grated Dark Chocolate(above 70% cocoa)
  • 2 fresh Pitted Dates
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 3-4 Ice Cubes
  • A Sliced Banana to Serve
  • Nuts and Seeds to Serve


  • In a blender, combine 1 frozen ripe banana, 1 cup skimmed milk, 1 tbsp roasted almond, 2 tbsp shredded dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa), 2 fresh pitted dates, 12 tsp ground cinnamon, and 3-4 ice cubes.
  • Combine thoroughly.
  • Before serving, top with sliced banana and nuts.
