Green Booster Shake

"Smoothies are nutrient-dense drinks created from fruits, vegetables, and other nutrient-dense components that are thick, creamy, and pleasant. Smoothies can be a nutritious and filling dinner or snack alternative. They are high in vitamins and minerals, which are essential for maintaining good health. Smoothies made at home are a great morning option. Smoothies should be consumed on a daily basis to ensure optimum health and enjoyment throughout the summer.
This recipe of Green smoothies made at home with avocado is high in vitamins and minerals including Vitamin A, C, and K, as well as folate and zinc, all of which help to strengthen the immune system and keep the body healthy."

  • 1/2 cup Avocado
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Banana
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt


  • Combine 1/2 cup avocado, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup frozen banana, and 1 cup Greek yoghurt in a mixer.
  • Blend until a smooth paste
  • Serve in a tall glass
