Despite the fact that avocados are becoming more widely available in India, many people are hesitant to buy them because they are unsure how to prepare them. This Guacamole recipe is a simple salad made with avocados that is nutritious and quick to prepare. The avocados provide the majority of the health benefits, but the other ingredients also contribute to the nutritional value, making it a complete and healthy recipe.

  • 2 Avocado
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Jalapeno, roasted and diced
  • 1/2 medium Onion, diced
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Scoop out the avocado pulp onto a cutting board.
  • Mash the avocado flesh coarsely with a fork.
  • Season with salt, roasted and diced jalapeno, medium onion, crushed garlic cloves, diced tomatoes, and coriander for a more flavorful and nutritious supper.
