This crisp tender snack is a marvelous alternative healthy snack. contains only 135.4 calories and nobody would ever guess that these are actually baked!

  • one zucchini cut into pieces
  • whole wheat flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chilli flakes
  • Oregano
  • Water
  • Whole wheat bread crumbs


  • Cut the zucchini into pieces.
  • Combine the whole wheat flour and spices in a slurry.
  • Coat the zucchini with slurry first, then whole wheat bread crumbs, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C until golden and crisp.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy
