"An apple a day keeps the doctor away and it also safeguards the body from  cardiovascular diseases and increase immunity. Alongside that, the potassium-rich fruit, banana has digestive, cardiovascular, and weight-loss benefits.
Most people who dislike fruits prefer milkshakes or juice. Milkshakes are high in sugar, making them a poor choice, and juice does not fill you up. So smoothies are always an option.
This rich, delicious apple banana smoothie recipe is quick and easy to make, and it will quench your thirst and even hunger!"

  • 1 medium Apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 large Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup low fat Milk
  • 2 Ice Cubes, optional


  • Add 1 medium peeled and chopped apple with 1/2 large frozen banana to the blender
  • Add 1/2 cup low fat milk and blend until smooth.
  • Pour it into a glass with ice cubes if desired and slurp!
