Apple banana smoothie
- 1 medium Apple, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 large Frozen Banana
- 1/2 cup low fat Milk
- 2 Ice Cubes, optional
- Add 1 medium peeled and chopped apple with 1/2 large frozen banana to the blender
- Add 1/2 cup low fat milk and blend until smooth.
- Pour it into a glass with ice cubes if desired and slurp!
