Comparing Protein, Fat and Carbs (PFC) balance across weekdays, meal patterns shows that fat consumption is the highest and carbohydrate consumption the lowest on Sundays. This is followed by a spike in fruit and vegetable consumption on Monday after which fruit and vegetable consumption declines through the course of the week.
High fat content on Sundays is attributable to lunch that has the highest contribution of fat to calories as compared to other days of the week.
