- Slice the cucumber and squash after washing the vegetables.
- Add two tablespoons of salt to the strainer with your sliced vegetables. Drain and let it sit for 30 minutes.

- Meanwhile, peel and cut the carrot and radishes, then mix with the squash and cucumber.
