I want to share my progress and express my gratitude to my coaches. After an initial loss of 14 kg, I struggled with consistency due to other commitments. With the professional guidance of Megha and Akhil, I restarted my journey and have lost 7 kg over the last six months. I am now back to a consistent routine and feel better than ever. Thank you, Megha and Akhil, for your unwavering support.

Healthifyme helped me to lose weight. The coaches were very helpful. They provided insights and gave many feedbacks. It takes self control and determination to do it on our own

was 54 kilos fourteen months ago. Not lean — just small and tired of feeling invisible. I wore hoodies to hide and smiled in photos I didn’t like. I didn’t change overnight. I struggled through weak workouts, forced meals, and weeks where the scale didn’t move at all. But I kept showing up. Today I’m 66 kilos. Ten kilos heavier — not just in body, but in belief. And I’m still going.

It was an amazing journey with Ms. Gauri. I joined last year in December, but was not serious about the plan for almost three months. But when I started losing weight I became conscious and followed the plan. All the way Gauri supported, helped and guided me and because of her I lost 16 kg in three months. Now my weight is steady and I am feeling much better. I can't thank Gauri enough for her continous support and guidance.

Feeling powerless against sugar cravings and stubborn weight? I've been there! In just 8 months, I completely overhauled my lifestyle and shed an incredible 18 kilograms. And the best part? I did it without feeling deprived. My journey wasn't about quick fixes; it was about smart, sustainable habits: ? The Golden Rule: Calorie Deficit: The real anchor of my success was maintaining a consistent 400-500 calorie deficit. This non-negotiable step is what drove the fat loss. ? The Sugar Craving Killer: For the first crucial 3 months, I used Plix ACV juice not as a supplement, but purely for its refreshing taste. It was my secret weapon to stop my craving for sugary drinks and snacks, and after those 3 months, I no longer needed it! ⚡ The Power of 30: I committed to 30 minutes of regular exercise daily, combined with simply being more active overall (taking the stairs, walking more). This built strength and stamina, making the process enjoyable. I proved that you don't need to suffer to succeed. With a consistent calorie strategy and smart hacks for sugar cravings, real, lasting change is absolutely possible. Ready to dive into the exact deficit strategy, my favorite 30-minute routines, and how I finally beat my sweet tooth for good?

−10.8 kg in 7 months

Losing 10.85 kg has given me far more than a smaller clothing size. It has given me confidence, discipline, and a deep appreciation for what my 27-year-old body can do. This journey showed me that true weight loss is a mental game won through tiny, consistent choices, day after day. I am not at the finish line; I am just beginning the maintenance and strength phase, but knowing I achieved this over seven months gives me all the faith I need to keep going. My biggest mistake in the past was aiming for perfection. This time, my mantra was consistency. I focused on small, repeatable daily habits rather than massive, unsustainable changes. I tracked my food intake most days, started walking 5,000 steps a day, and prioritized my sleep. The weight didn't fall off overnight—it was a steady, often slow, decrease of about 1.5 kg per month—but that slow speed is what made it stick. I knew if I could do it for one day, I could repeat it for 210 days. Around the fourth month, the scale refused to budge for three weeks straight. It was deeply discouraging. I almost gave up, feeling like my hard work was suddenly pointless. The trick was to not panic. Instead of cutting calories drastically, I changed my routine slightly—I tried a new type of exercise and slightly increased my daily water intake. Within a week, the scale started moving again. Navigating birthdays, weekend dinners, and holidays was tough. I didn't want to be the person who couldn't enjoy life. My trick here was pre-planning. If I knew I was going to a dinner party, I’d eat a light, protein-packed breakfast and lunch. I would allow myself to enjoy one indulgence without guilt, and then immediately get back to my routine the next day. One meal doesn't ruin seven months of effort. I realized I often confused thirst with hunger. I started carrying a large, marked water bottle everywhere. Aiming for 2-3 liters daily kept me feeling full, boosted my energy, and improved my skin. Drink water before you eat. If you still feel hungry 20 minutes later, then eat. I used to skip breakfast or eat simple carbs. Switching to a protein-focused diet was game-changing. Protein keeps you satiated for longer and helps preserve muscle mass while you lose fat. Eggs, fish, lentils, and meats became the foundation of my meals. There will be days you overeat. There will be days you skip your workout. The difference between success and failure is how you handle those days. Don't let one slip-up turn into two weeks of guilt. Acknowledge it, forgive yourself, and reset immediately. Your success is defined by what you do most of the time, not what you do some of the time.

After my delivery, I was determined to get back to feeling healthy, strong, and confident again. In the last 5 months, I’ve successfully lost 15 kgs, and this journey has been nothing short of empowering. I owe a huge part of this transformation to my amazing coaches. Their constant guidance, motivation, and personalized plans made all the difference. Whether it was adjusting my workouts, keeping me consistent, or helping me make smarter food choices, they supported me every step of the way. Of course, none of this would have been possible without my own commitment. Staying disciplined with my meals, showing up for every workout, and trusting the process truly paid off. This journey reminded me that with the right mindset and the right support, anything is achievable. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I’m excited to continue this healthy lifestyle. If you’re thinking about starting your own fitness journey, I highly recommend finding coaches who genuinely care and staying dedicated—you’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish!
