Padmini’s fitness mantra is “No Pain, No Gain”; she believes that one should endure the pain, push their limits, and love what they do, in order to achieve their goals. With lifestyle disorders like diabetes, hypertension on the rise, Padmini advocates healthy eating, regular physical activities and meditation to safeguard against them. Apart from encouraging her clients to abandon bad habits like smoking and consuming alcohol, Padmini aims to change their lives by tweaking their day to day habits and getting them to exercise regularly.
