According to Anthony, Fitness is a journey everyone must undertake; One needs to understand the fundamentals of body mechanics, push their limits, test their strength, and do so consistently to reach their destination, i.e accomplish their fitness goal. He believes that initiative is not enough to adopt a healthy lifestyle; one needs to continuously make healthy choices and be dedicated towards their regime. To him, healthy living is the steps, actions and strategies one puts into place to achieve optimum health, and he intends on helping his clients transition to such a lifestyle by providing them with insight, guidance, and motivating them at all times.
