−4.3 kg in 1 month
After a major setback in my life, I lost all confidence in myself. I started eating mindlessly and gained 15 kg in just three months. It began to take a toll on my health—physically, I felt exhausted, and mentally, I couldn't think straight. That’s when I decided to take control of my life. I started working out regularly—strength training 5–6 times a week, walking 10,000 steps almost every day, and tracking my calorie intake. I hit my macros consistently and focus on progress, not perfection. This time, I'm treating it like a marathon, not a sprint. I want this to be sustainable. I’ve failed in the past by going all in with strict diets and intense routines, only to burn out and fall back into old habits. Now, I’ve built a system that works for me. I allow myself cheat days, but I plan for them—like fasting the day before so I can enjoy more food while staying within my calorie budget. Every Sunday, I go out with my family. We enjoy good food and quality time together, guilt-free. I’ve realized it’s not about rushing. It’s about building a lifestyle I can actually stick to—physically, mentally, and emotionaly.
