Hi Friends my name is Gaurav.. I am 35 years old.. My journey has been started in November 2023 when I undergone with few tests and came to know about the desisis as diabetes, high bp and high colestrol.. I was 102 kg that time.. When I know about these things. I desicded work hard on my fitness and starting walking initially.. Then slowly slowly converted this walking into running.. I strictly control on my diet and healthy fie help me in this very well to know about the calories and all exercise.. Now I am 65 kg and running daily 10 to 12 km daily and not taking any medicine.. Would like say thanks to the healthy fie team.. They supported me very well in this journey.. Thanks
