Stir Fry Bell Peppers with Tofu

Tofu is a fantastic vegan substitute for paneer. It contains a lot of protein, amino acids, and calcium. It has a variety of health benefits, including improved eye health and a lower risk of developing several chronic diseases.
Combining stir-fried tofu and bell pepper to create a delectable and soulful dish that can be served alone or with steamed rice, noodles, or quinoa. Colourful vegetables and oven-dried tofu chunks are tossed in a flavorful sauce making this vegan tofu bell pepper stir-fry. The sauce's sweet and tangy flavours are perfectly balanced by the addition of chilli flakes, toasted sesame seeds, and crushed black peppercorns.
