Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Oats
  • 5-6 nos Raisins
  • 5-6 chopped Almonds
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Low-fat Milk
  • 2 tbsp(chopped) Seasonal Fruits

Instructions
 

  • Combine 2 tbs oats, 5-6 nos raisins, 5-6 almonds, 1 tbs soaked flax seeds, 1 tbs soaked chia seeds, 1/2 cup greek yoghurt, 1 cup low fat milk, and 2 tbs chopped seasonal fruits in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix this thoroughly
  • Transfer it to a bowl and have a delicious morning.
