Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, and chana dal. Fry until they start to splutter.
Add chopped onion, carrots, green beans, and bell pepper. Fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are lightly cooked.
Add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Fry for a few seconds.
Add the wheat rava and mix well.
Add the chopped tomatoes and salt to taste. Fry for a few minutes.
Add 2 cups of water and mix well.
Cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes until the rava is cooked.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar. Enjoy!
