Step 1:

Heat the ghee in a large pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the wheat flour and stir continuously until it turns golden brown.

Step 3:

Add the sugar and stir until it melts.

Step 4:

Add the water and stir until it comes to a boil.

Step 5:

Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 6:

Add the cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 7:

Add the chopped almonds and pistachios and mix well.

Step 8:

Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.

Step 9:

Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
