Step 1:

In a large bowl, mix together the wheat flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda.

Step 2:

Add the oil and mix until the mixture resembles a coarse meal.

Step 3:

Slowly add the water and mix until a thick batter is formed.

Step 4:

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Step 5:

Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it out in a circular motion.

Step 6:

Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the edges start to brown.

Step 7:

Flip the dosa and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 8:

Serve hot with chutney or sambar. Enjoy!
