Directions

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Step 2:

In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Step 3:

In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg.

Step 4:

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with the milk.

Step 5:

Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto an ungreased baking sheet.

Step 6:

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 7:

Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
