Ingredients

rolled oats

2 cups

walnuts, chopped

1/2 cup

raw honey

1/4 cup

coconut oil

2 tablespoons

ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon

sea salt

1/4 teaspoon

dried cranberries

1/4 cup

Directions

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2:

In a large bowl, combine oats, walnuts, honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, and sea salt. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 3:

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 4:

Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

Step 5:

Remove from oven and let cool.

Step 6:

Once cooled, stir in dried cranberries.

Step 7:

Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Enjoy!
