whole grain bread

4 slices

sliced cucumber

1 cup

sliced tomatoes

1 cup

sliced bell peppers

1/2 cup

sliced onions

1/2 cup


1 cup


2 tablespoons

mustard sauce

1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste



Step 1:

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.

Step 2:

On two slices of bread, layer the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions.

Step 3:

Drizzle mustard sauce over the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4:

Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayonnaise-side down.
