Dry roast semolina until light brown, fragrant and then keep it aside.
Heat oil in the pan, add dry spicesds and let them splutter.
Add chopped green chili, and onion and saute for 4-5 minutes.
Add in the chopped veggies and green peas and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Mix in semolina, water, salt and bring it to a boil.
Simmer for 5-7 minutes or until cooked well and serve hot.
