Soak the poha in enough water for 5 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When they start to splutter, add the chopped onion and green chilli.
Saute for a few minutes until the onion turns golden brown.
Add the chopped tomato and saute for a few minutes.
Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix well.
Add the drained poha and mix well.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
