cooked noodles

2 cups

shredded cabbage

1/2 cup

shredded carrots

1/2 cup

chopped bell peppers

1/2 cup

chopped green onions

1/4 cup

chopped celery

1/4 cup

vegetable oil

2 tablespoons

cloves garlic, minced


soy sauce

2 tablespoons

sesame oil

1 teaspoon


1/2 teaspoon

Salt and pepper to taste



Step 1:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2:

Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Step 3:

Add the cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, green onions, and celery. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Step 4:

Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Step 5:

Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for 1 minute.

Step 6:

Serve hot. Enjoy!
