Vegetable Biryani is a popular Indian dish made with vegetables, basmati rice, and a mixture of herbs and spices. It is often served with raita (yogurt-based side dish) or a hard-boiled egg. This dish is cooked by layering partially cooked rice and vegetables, and then cooking it together. It's a one-pot dish that is flavorful and hearty.
