Veg Sweet Corn Soup is a classic Indo-Chinese soup that is both flavorful and nutritious. It is made with sweet corn kernels, finely chopped vegetables and seasoned with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. The soup is thickened with cornflour, giving it a creamy and delicious texture. It can be enjoyed as a light meal or as an appetizer before the main course. This soup is rich in vitamins and minerals and can be made more nourishing with the addition of tofu or paneer.
