Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the potatoes, thyme, and oregano and cook for another 2 minutes.
Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes, corn, and green beans and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
