Soak the poha in water for 5 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When they start to splutter, add the potatoes and green peas.
Saute for a few minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
Add the peanuts, grated coconut, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar and salt. Mix well.
Add the poha and mix gently. Cook for a few minutes.
Add the lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Serve hot with chutney or pickle.
