cloves garlic, minced


grated ginger

red pepper flakes

chopped bell pepper

frozen peas

1/2 cup

cooked noodles

2 cups

soy sauce

2 tablespoons

rice vinegar

2 tablespoons

sesame oil

1 teaspoon

Salt and pepper to taste



Step 1:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.

Step 3:

Add the onion, bell pepper, carrots, and celery and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 4:

Add the peas and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 5:

Add the cooked noodles and stir to combine.

Step 6:

Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil and stir to combine.

Step 7:

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 8:

Serve hot. Enjoy!
