In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and vegetable oil.
Gradually add the warm water and mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix together the vegetables, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili sauce, and white vinegar.
Divide the dough into 12 equal portions.
Roll each portion into a thin circle.
Place 1 tablespoon of the vegetable mixture in the center of each circle.
Fold the edges of the circle to form a half-moon shape.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
Place the momos on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
