Boil the noodles according to package instructions and drain. Set aside.
Heat oil in a wok or large pan on medium-high heat.
Stir fry onions, bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage for a couple of minutes.
Lower the heat and add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, vinegar, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, salt, and pepper.
Stir well and fry on high heat for a couple of minutes while stirring continuously. Make sure all the ingredients are mixed well.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
