cooked rice

2 cups

chopped mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, peas, beans, corn)

1 cup

vegetable oil

2 tablespoons

chopped garlic

1 tablespoon

soy sauce

1 tablespoon


1/2 tablespoon

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste



Step 1:

Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
