Directions

Step 1:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2:

Add the onion, carrots, bell pepper, and peas and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Step 4:

Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

Step 5:

Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir to combine.

Step 6:

Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Step 7:

Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

Step 8:

Serve hot. Enjoy!
