Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.

Mix everything together and knead into a soft dough.
Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into cutlets.
Dip the cutlets in cornflour and then coat them with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets until golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
