Dry roast coriander seeds, chana dal, urad dal, red chillies, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, and hing on a low flame until they turn golden brown.
Add curry leaves and continue to roast until they become crispy.
Add sesame seeds and desiccated coconut, roast until they turn golden.
Let the roasted spices cool down to room temperature.
Grind the spices to a fine powder. Store the Vangi Bath Powder in an airtight container for future use.
