Soak the Urad Dal and Rice separately in water for at least 4 hours.
Drain the water from the Urad Dal and grind it into a smooth paste.
Drain the water from the Rice and grind it into a coarse paste.
Mix the Urad Dal paste and Rice paste together in a bowl.
Add the Fenugreek Seeds and Salt to the mixture and mix well.
Heat the Oil in a pan and add the mixture to it.
Cook the mixture on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Grease an Idli mould with Oil and pour the mixture into it.
Steam the Idlis for about 10 minutes.
Serve the Urad Dal and Rice Idlis hot with chutney or sambar.
