Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

Fry for a few minutes until the spices are well blended.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes until the turai is cooked through.
Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
