olive oil

tomatoes, chopped


ground cumin

1 teaspoon

ground coriander

1 teaspoon

garam masala

Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Add the tomatoes, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 4:

Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

Step 5:

Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 6:

Remove from heat and stir in the cilantro.

Step 7:

Serve hot. Enjoy!
