cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

fenugreek seeds

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

red chili powder

1 teaspoon


1 teaspoon

garlic, minced

2 cloves

fresh ginger, minced

2 tablespoons

fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons



Step 1:

In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, garlic, ginger, and cilantro.

Step 2:

Mix everything together until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 3:

Transfer the mixture to a large saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Step 4:

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 5:

Remove the pan from the heat and let the pickle cool to room temperature.

Step 6:

Transfer the pickle to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
