Heat a pan over medium heat and add the sesame seeds. Roast the sesame seeds for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until they are lightly browned.
Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the sesame seeds to a bowl.
In the same pan, add the jaggery and ghee. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the jaggery melts and the mixture is bubbling.
Add the roasted sesame seeds to the pan and stir to combine.
Add the cardamom powder and stir to combine.
Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool for about 10 minutes.
Once the mixture has cooled, use your hands to form small balls.
Place the ladoos on a plate and serve. Enjoy!
