Heat a pan over medium heat and add the sesame seeds. Roast the sesame seeds until they turn golden brown.
In a separate pan, heat the ghee and add the jaggery. Stir until the jaggery melts and becomes a syrup.
Add the roasted sesame seeds to the jaggery syrup and mix well.
Add the chopped almonds, cashews, raisins, pistachios, dates, figs, walnuts, apricots, cardamom, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, and black pepper. Mix well.
Grease a plate with ghee and spread the mixture evenly.
Allow the mixture to cool and then cut into small pieces.
