tempe, cut into cubes

vegetable oil

2 tablespoons

garlic, minced

2 cloves

ground turmeric

1 teaspoon

ground coriander

1 teaspoon

ground cumin

1 teaspoon

sugar

Directions

Step 1:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2:

Add the tempe cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Add the garlic, turmeric, coriander, cumin, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Step 4:

Reduce the heat to low and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
