Directions

Step 1:

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until combined.

Step 2:

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil.

Step 3:

Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Step 4:

Add the eggs and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Step 5:

Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, white pepper, and salt. Stir-fry for 1 minute.

Step 6:

Add the green onions, red bell pepper, and carrots. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Step 7:

Serve hot. Enjoy!
